Melanie Tullock is currently the Principal TO Partnerships WA, where they focus on enhancing HR programs and facilitating employment opportunities for Indigenous individuals. Previously, Melanie served as an HR Coordinator at Carey Mining, and held roles at BHP as HR Resourcing Officer and Principal Northern Ops Indigenous Support. Melanie began their career as a Recruitment Consultant at Ngarda Civil & Mining, assisting Indigenous job seekers and conducting recruitment drives. Their extensive experience includes managing HR processes, mentoring trainees, and ensuring compliance with employment legislation.
