Paul Newton

Paul Newton is a Human Resources and Organisational Capability Manager with experience in corporate and operational settings within the Resources industry. They have held positions at BHP Billiton, including Superintendent HR Process, Systems & Data and Senior HR Advisor, where they contributed to HR processes, workforce planning, and organisational design. Paul was instrumental in leading various projects, such as the integration of teams following mergers and the development of capability frameworks. They hold a BA Honours in Psychology with a focus on organisational psychology from Murdoch University.
