Tina Girard

Tina Girard is a seasoned environmental professional with extensive experience in the management of contaminated land and environmental compliance. Currently serving as Lead Technical for US Legacy Assets at BHP since June 2019, Tina has held multiple roles including Principal Environment and Groundwater Specialist. Previous positions include Technical Specialist at the Department of Environment and Science, Environmental Planner/Advisor at Queensland Rail, and Senior Environmental Advisor at Santos Ltd, where Tina led the development of significant decommissioning and environmental impact plans. With a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Natural Resource Management from The University of Western Australia, Tina has consistently demonstrated expertise in environmental risk management and project approvals across various sectors.
