Victor Brusco is a seasoned remuneration executive with a robust career spanning several leading organizations. They served as Remuneration & HRIS Manager at Crown Casino from 1997 to 2009 and held various roles at National Australia Bank between 2012 and 2015, including Manager of Performance & Reward Programs & Planning. Victor was the Head of Remuneration at Cleanaway Waste Management Limited from 2017 to 2019 and is currently the Head of Remuneration at Australia Post since 2019. They have been appointed as the Head of Executive Reward at BHP in 2024.
