Kelly Karl

Kelly Karl is a seasoned construction professional with extensive experience in managing military and residential construction projects. Currently serving as Pre-Construction Manager at BHS Construction, Inc. since October 2022, Kelly previously held the position of Vice President Of Construction at Corvias from December 2006 to October 2022, focusing on strategic planning and project evaluation for Military Construction initiatives. Prior roles include Director of Construction at Corvias, responsible for high-quality home and neighborhood center deliveries, as well as project management positions at BrightKEYS Homes and McKittrick Construction. Kelly began the career as a Superintendent at Woodstone Homes following a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology/Life Sciences from Kansas State University, completed in 1996.
