Larry Ducharme

Larry Ducharme is an experienced professional in pre-construction and design services, currently serving as the Manager of Pre-Construction Services at City Building & Engineering Services, LLC since November 2021. Prior to this role, Larry Ducharme held various positions including BIM/CAD Manager and BIM/CAD MEP Designer at Final Draft CAD, LLC, and Project Estimator at Hussey Seating Company. Notably, at Hannaford Bros. Co., Larry Ducharme designed fixture plans for 180 grocery stores, leading to significant cost reductions. With a career beginning in 1985 at Hussey Seating Company, Larry Ducharme gained extensive experience in customer service, project management, and technical specialization. Larry Ducharme also co-owned Seacoast Tours and served in the US Army as a Light Wheel Vehicle Mechanic.
