Bill Bossert

Bill Bossert is a seasoned training manager with extensive experience in driving technical skills development and eLearning initiatives across various industries. Currently serving as Training Manager at BHS Corrugated-North America, Inc. since November 2020, Bill is responsible for enhancing the capabilities of technicians through tailored training programs. Prior to this role, Bill led technology training initiatives at the Chicago Transit Authority, managing the training needs of 11,000 employees. Bill's extensive tenure at Molex from 1994 to 2018 involved overseeing the development and delivery of over 4,000 training courses, significantly improving product knowledge and operational efficiency for a global workforce. Bill holds a BBA in Finance and Business Administration from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business.
