Saari Gardner

Saari Gardner, CCXP, currently serves as the Customer Experience Lead at BHS Corrugated North America and is an active member of Community-Led Alliance and Chief, organizations focused on community engagement and women's leadership, respectively. Previously, Saari held the role of Chief Experience Officer at CEO Coaching International, where support for growth-focused CEOs was provided, and served as Vice President of Advisory and Managed Services at Walker Information, driving experience management strategies. Saari's career also includes significant leadership positions at Dixon Hughes Goodman LLP (Executive Vice President, Client Experience), Rentokil Steritech North America (Associate Director, Field Customer Experience), and Steritech, while early career experiences include project management at Driveline Retail Solutions and client research at The Steritech Group. Saari holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing, International Business, and Italian Language and Literature, along with a Graduate Certificate in Business Intelligence and Analytics from the University of Arizona.
