Kate Burns

Kate Burns is a trainee solicitor at BHSM LLP since June 2023, bringing a diverse legal background that includes roles as an account manager and legal analyst at Brightflag from August 2021 to June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as a legal assistant at Tom O’Regan & Co. in 2019 and a legal intern at John F Martin & Company Solicitors earlier the same year. Kate holds a Bachelor of Laws with French from the University of Galway, a Master of Laws (LLM) in Intellectual Property & e-Law from University College Cork, and a Diplôme d'Études du Droit de l'Union Européenne from Université Toulouse 1 Capitole. Additionally, Kate completed the FE-1 Examinations and the Professional Practice Course at the Law Society of Ireland.
