Yadira de Santiago

Yadira De Santiago is a Program Manager at BI Incorporated since July 2012. Yadira works in partnership with the California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) and is responsible for a facility with 100 high-risk parolees and a staff of 10. Prior to this role, Yadira worked as a Case Manager, managing a caseload of 20-30 participants and facilitating various groups. Yadira also volunteered at Orange County Probation as a Volunteer In Probation (VIP) and worked as an Administrative Associate at Operation Christmas Child. Yadira holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Criminal Justice from Westwood College-Anaheim.
