Candice Lallinger has extensive experience in human resources and talent management. Candice worked as a Director of Recruiting & Employment at Bi-State Development Agency/Metro, where they implemented talent acquisition and retention strategies to support the organization's goals. Prior to that, they served as a Compensation Manager at the same company, where they developed and implemented compensation programs in compliance with company policies and regulations. Candice also worked as a Contract Human Resources Manager at Human Resources Partnership (HRP), conducting FLSA audits and analyzing market survey data for compensation planning. Additionally, they held the position of a Project Manager at TALX, where they managed the interface between clients and the development team for Human Resources software. Candice began their career as a Compensation & Benefit Consultant at General American, where they administered benefit plans and coordinated a successful benefits open enrollment process.
Candice Lallinger completed their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Maryville University of Saint Louis. Candice attended the university from 1989 to 1996.

St. Louis Regional Freightway: The St. Louis Regional Freightway was established with the mission of optimizing the St. Louis region’s network of freight transportation infrastructure and advancing the bi-state area’s position as a premier freight gateway and multimodal hub. The Freightway plays a critical role in the growth of the region’s manufacturing and distribution sector.
