Timothy Nittler is the Director of Capital Projects at Bi-State Development, a position held since 2018. Prior to this role, Nittler worked as a Senior Transportation Engineer and Project Manager at CH2M from 2001 to 2018, and also held positions at CH2M HILL and MoDOT from 1995 to 1998. Nittler earned a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia between 1986 and 1990.
