Rick Bush

Rick Bush, Operations Manager – Capital Projects, has been in the Construction Industry for over 35 years. Prior to joining Rose Paving, he was in the Home Building Industry serving executive positions in Procurement, Operations, and Leadership of large multi-state organizations. Rick takes pride in designing, implementing and managing process improvements that lead to greater collaboration and efficiencies within the Company’s most complex and demanding projects. Rick holds a BS in Industrial Technology from University of Wisconsin-Stout. He enjoys cooking for his family, traveling, golf, and Platform Tennis in his leisure time.
