Heba Abaza is a Senior Application Support Analyst and Change And Release Manager at BI-Technologies. Prior to this, Heba worked at Unilever as an SAP MDM Analyst and in IT Application Testing and Support. Before that, Heba was a PHP developer at Xiag and an Oracle developer at EMDB. Heba holds a Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from Alexandria University and graduated from the Information Technology Institute (ITI) on the Software track.
