Beatriz Sampaio is a People & Talent Acquisition Associate at BI4ALL since March 2023, responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, collaborating with HR partners, gathering technical requirements, designing job offers, and supporting employer branding initiatives. Prior experience includes a role as People & Talent Acquisition Trainee at Grupo Segurança Máxima, where responsibilities involved client assistance and managing driving license validations. Beatriz has also worked as an Administrative Assistant focusing on client interactions, class registrations, and organizational tasks. Additional experience includes working as a Store Employee at Pretty Bunnies, providing customer service and managing stock, as well as event organization during the Boom Festival. Beatriz holds a Postgraduate Degree in Forensic Psychology from Universidade Lusófona and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Évora, supplemented by studies at Universidade da Beira Interior and Agrupamento de Escolas do Fundão.
