Guillermo Cajamarca Mesa

Guillermo Cajamarca Mesa has an extensive work experience spanning nearly two decades. Guillermo began their career in 2003 as a Researcher at the Universidad Nacional de Colombia. In 2007, they moved to Siemens as a Consultancy Senior Engineer, and later to the Superintendencia de Servicios Públicos Domiciliarios as a Specialist of the Gas Department, responsible for the gas market regulation follow up. In 2010, they joined Enel as Head of Business Development and Expert in Business Development. In 2017, they were appointed Commercial Manager - Energy and Commercial Manager - Retail at Celsia Energía. In 2022, they joined BIA as Chief Business Officer & Founding Team, and e2 Energia Eficiente S.A. E.S.P. as Miembro Junta Directiva. Additionally, they were appointed Commercial Manager at Gases de Occidente - GdO.

Guillermo Cajamarca Mesa completed their education in the following order: an Ingeniero Electricista from Universidad Nacional de Colombia between 1997 and 2003, a Maestría en Economía from Universidad Nacional de Colombia between 2004 and 2006, and an Especialista en derecho minero energético from Universidad Externado de Colombia in 2013.
