Bia Romain has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Starting in 2007, Bia worked at Unilever Belgium in the Finance Department for a brief period. In 2007, Bia joined Accenture as an Internal Financial Controller before transitioning into the role of an External Consultant specializing in Financial & Performance Management. Bia left Accenture in 2011 to join BIA GROUP as a Business Controller. Over the years, Bia held various positions within BIA GROUP, including Finance and Administration Manager in Senegal, Regional HUB Finance & Administration Manager, and Country Manager for BIA Ivory Coast and BIA Liberia. In 2019, Bia was promoted to the role of Regional General Manager, overseeing operations in Zambia, DRC, Rep. Congo, Burundi, and Rwanda. Currently, Bia holds the position of VP Sales and Marketing at BIA GROUP.
Bia Romain's education history includes a Master's degree in Finance-SME from the Ichec Brussels Management School, which took place from 2002 to 2006. Following that, they pursued a Master's degree in International Finance and Management at VLEKHO Business School Brussel, from 2006 to 2007.
