Jerome Lecomte is an experienced HR professional currently serving as HR Manager Africa for BIA Africa since January 2014. Jerome leads an HR team of six across 15 African countries, developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment, and coordinating major HR projects. Previously, Jerome held roles as Group HR Services Manager and Group Compensation & Benefits Manager, managing compensation and benefits for multiple countries and guiding training and development initiatives. Earlier career experiences include management positions in compensation and benefits at FedEx Express and Owens Corning, as well as a role as Tax Supervisor at Deloitte Belgium. Jerome holds multiple degrees with distinction in tax law and law from Université libre de Bruxelles.
