Dorota Schneider is currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at BIA Kunststoff- und Galvanotechnik GmbH & Co. KG since September 2021. Prior to this, Dorota held the same position at CENTA Antriebe Kirschey GmbH from March 2008 to August 2021, and at Carcoustics Deutschland GmbH from September 2000 to March 2008. Dorota also worked as a Personalreferentin at PAR GmbH / Supplies Team GmbH from January 2001 to August 2001, and as a Personalberater at Aretz & Partner Unternehmensberatung GmbH from January 1999 to December 2000. Dorota holds a Master of Arts degree in Psychology, Sociology, and Media Sciences from the University of Düsseldorf (1993-1998).
