Ekaterina Romanova

Ekaterina Romanova is a seasoned HR professional with a robust background in recruitment and human resource management. Currently serving as a Senior HR Manager at BIA Technologies since June 2022, Ekaterina previously held the roles of HR Manager and IT-Recruiter at Intella from June 2021 to June 2022, where a comprehensive recruitment process was executed for around 40 vacancies across various sectors including banking, industrial, retail, fintech, game development, and e-commerce.
