Catarina Amaral has a strong background in Human Resources, starting as an HR Trainee at EDP-Produção and progressing to roles such as HR Assistant at adidas GBS Porto and HR Specialist at Continental. With a Master's degree in Human Resources Management from Universidade do Minho, Catarina has experience in recruiting, employee relations, talent management, and operational HR management. Currently, as the Head of Human Resources Operations at BIAL, Catarina provides leadership and strategic direction for the department to meet the organization's business needs effectively. Catarina is dedicated to establishing HR as a trusted business partner and ensuring the successful implementation of HR initiatives and programs within the organization.
