Galyna Safonova

Galyna Safonova is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in project and team management across various roles in the telecommunications and education sectors. Currently serving as the Development Team Manager at Biarri Networks since August 2023, Galyna previously held the position of Digital Project Manager at Hatch from September 2021 to August 2023. Galyna's career at Biarri Networks began in January 2015, progressing through roles such as Regional Operations Manager, Project Manager, Project Team Lead, and Fiber Planner until September 2021. In the academic realm, Galyna contributed as a Tutor at QUT and held research and tutoring positions at the University of South Australia and Macquarie University. Galyna obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Applied Mathematics from Macquarie University and a Master’s Degree in Engineering Physics/Applied Physics from V. N. Karazin Kharkiv National University.
