Maxime Dugay

Maxime Dugay is a seasoned professional in the sports management sector with significant experience in event organization and club operations. Currently serving as the Stadium Manager at Biarritz Olympique Pays Basque since June 2018, Maxime oversees the comprehensive organization of events within the club, including public reception, catering, medical services, and coordination with sports teams and officials. Previous roles include a position as a Professional Speaker at AMOS - Sport Business School, where Maxime focused on professional sports management and fan experience, as well as an Operations Referent at Lagardère Sports, responsible for ensuring compliance with professional rugby stadium standards. Additional experience includes community and communication management at ELI-S / CSI and marketing advisory roles in the sports sector. Maxime holds a Master’s degree in Sports Management and Business Management from Université Bordeaux 2, a Bachelor's degree in International Business from The University of Lethbridge, and a DUT in Commercial Techniques from IUT TC site Auxerre.
