Konstantin Aganin

Konstantin Aganin has a diverse work experience starting from 2006. Konstantin started as a mathematician in a scientific project called "Texture and plastic anisotropy of magnesium nanomaterials" from February 2006 to April 2008. Konstantin then moved to Accenture, where they worked as an analyst from May 2008 to August 2010. After that, they joined Luxoft as a Lead Business Analyst from August 2010 to February 2011. In the same year, they co-founded QBit and served as the CEO until 2012. Aganin then joined SIBUR, where they held various roles such as Senior Expert in Marketing from February 2011 to February 2015, Manager in Commercial Excellence from February 2015 to April 2019, Head of Business Analytics from April 2019 to December 2020, and currently holds the position of Head of Commercial Excellence since December 2020.

Konstantin Aganin received a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from INSEAD in 2020. Prior to that, they obtained a MSc degree in Applied Mathematics from the National Research Nuclear University MEPhI (Moscow Engineering Physics Institute) between 2002 and 2008. Their field of study at MEPhI was primarily focused on Experimental and Theoretical Physics.
