Mark Davies

Mark Davies is the Business Unit Director for Full Load Transport at Bibby Distribution. Prior to Bibby, Mark worked as an Interim Post Merger Integration Consultant for Selecta from April 2017 to December 2017. In this role, Mark was responsible for managing the TUPE process for a private equity funded acquisition, as well as introducing new technology and streamlining processes to reduce headcount. Prior to Selecta, Mark worked as an Interim HR Consultant for Unum from March 2016 to August 2016, and as an Associate HR Consultant for Collinson Grant from November 2014 to October 2015. In these roles, Mark provided support and guidance to clients on a variety of HR-related issues.

They are on a team with Dean Jones - COO, Andrew Mawson - Head of SHEQ, and Darrell Rushforth - Business Unit Director, Warehouse & Associated Transport. Mark Davies reports to Richard Morson, CEO.
