Bibby Marine

Formerly Bibby Marine Services and Bibby Maritime. We are a core part of Bibby Line Group, a diverse €2.3 billion global business whose maritime heritage spans more than 200 years. We own and operate niche marine assets currently serving two sectors: 1) Walk to Work Service Operation Vessels namely our Bibby WaveMaster 1 and Bibby WaveMaster Horizon vessels. These serve the marine needs of offshore wind farm and Oil and Gas sectors. 2) Floating Accommodation Barges (6 off) that provide serviced shoreside and near shore accommodation. These typically service major infrastructure and / or government projects, however are highly flexible towards the client need The Bibby WaveMaster fleet enables offshore wind operators to work more efficiently, more safely and in maximum comfort, for periods of up to 30 days at a time. The vessels are built on a stable DP-2 (Dynamic Positioning) platform and utilise a motion compensated gangway so to offer class leading aces on to offshore structures whilst minimising fuel burn. Other features include; A helipad, Daughter craft and CTV landings to provide further means of access. The vessel has been specifically designed to be as ‘green’ as possible, with minimal emissions and low fuel consumption. Our Floating Accommodation Barges are available wherever you require and a cost effective, environmentally friendly accommodation solution. They range in size from 200-700 beds and can be deployed in a matter of days. As nearshore barges, they can benefit from using shore facilities (power, water, sewage) or depending on barge be fully self sufficient. The barges are typically used as an alternative to land camps, given the speed of deployment, lack of upfront capital cost and overall green credentials that surpass alternatives such as land camps.
