Leonard Coviello

Leonard Coviello is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in service leadership and risk management. Currently serving as the Director of Service at biBerk Business Insurance since December 2014, Leonard has played a crucial role as a founding member in architecting a Client Service model that emphasizes service excellence through customer feedback and operational refinement. Prior experience includes working as an Insurance Producer at State Farm from July 2010 to December 2014, focusing on risk management and client retention. Leonard's management expertise was further developed in the hospitality industry, beginning as a General Manager at Potbelly Sandwich Works, where a successful market launch occurred, and later as a Kitchen Manager at Red Robin, where responsibilities included managing a $1.25 million kitchen operation. Leonard holds a degree from Penn State University, obtained between 1999 and 2005.
