Christopher Puccio has a diverse work experience in the service delivery and customer support field. Christopher began their career at Santander Bank, N.A. as a Customer Service Representative from October 2006 to January 2009. Christopher then joined MDLand in March 2010 as a Customer Support Specialist, EDI Billing Specialist, and Trainer until May 2013. In this role, they provided customer service and trained medical doctors and staff on the electronic health record (EHR) system. Christopher then progressed to become the Customer Support Manager/Implementation Manager at MDLand from May 2013 to February 2021. In this position, they managed the customer support team and handled issue escalations, as well as worked with new customer accounts during their implementation process. Finally, they served as the Senior Manager of Service Delivery at MDLand from February 2021 to May 2023, and currently holds the position of Associate Director of Service Delivery at the same company.
