Wendy's career started as an Administrative Coordinator/Volunteer Services at Friends of the Metropolitan Library System from December 1990 to May 1992.

Throughout their career, Wendy has gained extensive experience in HR, social media marketing, program development, and customer service. Their diverse background showcases their adaptability and ability to excel in different roles and industries.

Wendy Jordan, SHRM-SCP, completed their Master of Public Administration (M.P.A.) degree in Organizational Leadership from Texas A&M University in 1990. Prior to that, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Health and Physical Education/Fitness from Texas A&M University in 1987.

In addition to their formal education, Wendy has obtained several certifications related to human resources. In July 2019, they completed the following certifications from LinkedIn: "Helping Your Employees Meet Retirement Goals," "Human Resources Foundations," "Human Resources: Compensation and Benefits," and "Human Resources: Payroll."
