Kyle Ellis

Kyle Ellis, SHRM-CP, serves as the People Programs Manager at BibleProject, overseeing recruiting, onboarding, and learning and development initiatives since November 2021. Previously, in the role of Talent Acquisition Coordinator, Kyle developed equitable hiring practices to foster an inclusive recruiting process. Prior experience includes serving as Talent Director and Operations Manager at Chick-fil-A-Franchise, where responsibilities included designing assessment guides for applicant screening and managing onboarding and training plans. Kyle's career also features a position as Financial Relationship Consultant at Regions Bank and multiple roles at LifeWay Christian Resources, culminating in the General Manager position, where a significant reduction in turnover was achieved. Kyle holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Troy University.
