Hector Cruz

Hector Cruz is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in education and leadership roles. Currently serving as Coach of Learning Partnerships at The FOCUS Group since January 2025, Hector also holds multiple positions at CellARide, including f/Chief Revenue Officer and Operations Manager, where responsibilities encompass business development and operations strategy. Additionally, Hector has been an Adjunct Faculty member at Evangel University since May 2009, teaching Personal Leadership courses, while previously holding several significant roles in development and alumni engagement at the university. With a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration, combined with advanced certifications in Lean Six Sigma and a strong academic foundation in Organizational Leadership and Business Administration from Evangel University, Hector demonstrates a commitment to educational and organizational excellence.
