Ren Lawrence

Ren Lawrence is a seasoned Full Stack Software Engineer with extensive experience in web development and software engineering. Currently employed at BiblioCommons since June 2016, Ren has maintained and developed a codebase in Node.js/Express for BiblioEvents and contributed to both front-end and back-end development for BiblioWeb using a PHP/MySQL stack. Prior to this role, Ren worked at Northern Commerce from October 2013 to April 2016, where custom e-commerce solutions were developed for Magento, and PHP/MySQL data synchronization systems were implemented. Ren's career began at Globalstar in June 2008 as a Web Developer, creating lightweight CMS solutions and internal web tools. Ren also has experience in social marketing applications using Python at Elevate Inc., as well as developing public-facing applications at Thoora. Ren holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science from Ryerson University.
