Manon Dontje

Manon Dontje, PhD, currently serves as a Project Regisseur at Biblionet Drenthe since March 2022. Previously, Manon was a member of the Scientific Advisory Council for the Horses and Humans Research Foundation from May 2013 to May 2022, contributing to research strategy and grant applications. Manon held postdoctoral researcher positions at Universitair Medisch Centrum Utrecht and Erasmus MC, focusing on rehabilitation science and implementation research, respectively. Prior experience includes data management and scientific officer roles at The University of Western Australia’s Raine Study, as well as postdoctoral research at Glasgow Caledonian University. Early career work involved project implementation aimed at increasing physical activity among various populations while completing PhD training in Epidemiology and Human Movement Science at the University of Groningen. Academic credentials include two Master's degrees from the University of Groningen.
