Ahmed Bakri Yousif is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in technical support and engineering roles. Currently serving as a Laboratory Technician at UST since June 2022, Ahmed has previously contributed to various companies, including Bluehawk Consulting as an End User Support specialist, Microsoft as a Senior Engineer and STE3, as well as roles at Soprano Design, Xerox, Catalytic Software, Ramp Technology Group, and Confirma. Ahmed's expertise encompasses software and hardware installation, troubleshooting, Azure cloud issue resolution, and customer support, supported by a Bachelor of Science in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from City University of Seattle.
