Zhaiqing (Sam) Feng is an accomplished technical support manager with extensive experience in the engineering and project management sectors. Currently serving as the Technical Support Manager for Great China at bibliotheca since November 2016, Zhaiqing manages a team focused on product localization and enhancements. Previous roles include R&D Manager at Shanghai Techase Environment Protection Co., Ltd, Program Manager at GE Avic, and Manager for Project Wind Energy & Train at Schaeffler. Zhaiqing's career began as a Lead Mechanical Engineer at Vestas, preceded by a leadership position in global design quality assurance at Diebold. Early experience includes team leadership in rocket impulsion system design at the Shanghai Astronautics Bureau. Zhaiqing holds a Master's degree in Rocket Impulsion System Design/Reliability Engineering from Northwestern Polytechnical University and a Bachelor's degree in Rocket Design from Beihang University.
