Maaike Hin

Maaike Hin is an experienced content strategist and spokesperson currently working at Bibliotheek Den Haag since January 2022. Prior to this role, Maaike served as an online communication, marketing, and content specialist at NKBV from January 2020 to December 2021. As a producer at Lady Africa from August 2013 to January 2020, Maaike focused on importing high-quality fashion and accessory brands from promising African designers, promoting cultural connections through ethnic fashion. Maaike has also held positions as a content, communication, and event manager from 2009 to 2019, and as an all-round program maker at Omroep West from 2004 to 2016, contributing significantly to various radio and television projects and events. Maaike holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Management from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences and has previous educational experience at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam and Agnes College Leiden.
