David van Toor

David van Toor is an experienced content specialist currently working at Bibliotheek Utrecht since January 2020. Previously, David held roles in online communications at Utrecht Marketing from October 2015 to December 2019 and as a communications officer at Trees for All from June 2015 to December 2017. David's earlier career includes positions as an allround employee at Coop Pensioenfonds, freelance blogger for Erfgoed 2.0, research intern at the Nederlands Instituut voor Beeld en Geluid, and web editor/content manager at both Rijkswaterstaat Corporate Dienst and Getaway Travel. David holds a Master’s degree in New Media and Digital Culture from Utrecht University and a Bachelor’s degree in Interactive Media from Amsterdam University of Applied Sciences.
