Ambre Cerny is a seasoned communication professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles within non-profit organizations and government institutions. Currently serving as Directrice de la communication at Bibliothèques Sans Frontières since May 2023, Ambre Cerny has previously held significant positions including Directrice adjointe at Sistech and Directrice des Partenariats & de la Communication at Techfugees. Ambre Cerny has a strong background in strategic communication, public relations, and political advisory roles, with previous positions at the French Ministry of Culture and the French Presidency. Ambre Cerny holds a Master’s degree in Communication from EFAP, alongside further education in public administration and information-communication.
