Charlotte Gaumeton

Charlotte Gaumeton is a seasoned learning facilitator with extensive experience in project management, community engagement, and capacity building. At Bibliothèques Sans Frontières since October 2020, Charlotte focuses on digital inclusion projects, creating accessible training content and fostering partnerships with vulnerable groups. Previous roles include facilitating collaborative workshops for various organizations at Faciliii, founding Marche & Rêve to promote personal and collaborative development, and serving as a trainer for Enactus' social and solidarity economy program. Charlotte has also worked with Decathlon in community management and sustainable development initiatives, coordinated internal studies for Decathlon International, and engaged with educational institutions for the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization. With an educational background in management, communication, and marketing, Charlotte is adept at creating content, organizing events, and promoting diversity and inclusion across various sectors.
