Carlos Aritzmendi

Carlos Aritzmendi is an experienced finance and business leader currently serving as Managing Director of the Global Service Center at BIC since May 2020, where leadership of a ~270-FTE team encompasses various functions including Finance, HR, IT, and Operational Excellence. Previously, as CFO for LATAM at BIC, Carlos executed successful finance and commercial turnaround strategies that resulted in significant growth metrics and cost savings. Carlos's extensive career includes pivotal roles at Mattel, Inc. where oversight of financial and commercial strategies across multiple regions led to notable improvements in profitability and operational efficiency. Comprehensive education includes an MBA from Thunderbird School of Global Management and additional executive programs from esteemed institutions such as Columbia Business School and UC Berkeley.
