Peter Ajakaiye

Peter Ajakaiye is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in plant management and engineering, currently serving as the Plant Director for Nigeria at BIC since August 2022. Prior to this role, Peter held key positions at Mondelēz International, where leadership as Nigeria Manufacturing Lead resulted in significant improvements in engagement, quality, and operational excellence, as well as achievements in cost reductions as Engineering Services Manager for West Africa. Peter's foundational experience includes a decade at Procter & Gamble, where notable project management accomplishments included delivering projects ahead of schedule and below budget while ensuring high safety standards. Peter holds a Bachelor's degree in Materials Engineering and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Lagos, complemented by certifications as a Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Maintenance and Reliability Professional (CMRP), and Registered Engineer with COREN.
