Rafael Teodosijevic

Rafael Teodosijevic is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition and global HR transformation. Currently serving as the HR Director of Global Talent Acquisition at BIC since July 2020, Rafael leads a diverse team delivering talent attraction and selection services across more than 25 countries. Prior to this role, Rafael held various positions at CWT from February 2014 to July 2020, including Director of Global Talent Transformation, where Rafael managed a team responsible for significant efficiency improvements in recruitment processes. Rafael's background includes roles in academia and other organizations, complemented by a Master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Institut catholique de Paris and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Sciences from Université Paris Cité.
