Marcello Rivetti is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in the hospitality industry. Currently serving as Culinary Director and Director of Operations at BiCE International Limited since September 2015, Marcello previously held the position of Executive Corporate Chef at BiCE International from July 2008 to September 2015. Prior to that, Marcello was the Executive Corporate Chef for Florida at Bice Restaurant Group from April 2005 to May 2008, overseeing all outlets and new openings. Marcello's expertise also includes managing kitchen operations and employee performance at the Le Meridien Hotel in Sunny Isles, Miami. A graduate of hospitality college with a Bachelor’s in Hospitality Management, earned between 1997 and 2000, Marcello has demonstrated a strong commitment to culinary excellence and operational efficiency in various roles throughout a successful career.
