Carol Pena

Carol Pena is a communications professional with extensive experience in project management and strategic communication across various organizations. Currently serving as a Communications Project Manager at BICO, Carol designs and coordinates internal campaigns to enhance employee engagement and manages the Group's internal news channels. Previous roles include a trainee at NEVS, where Carol created website content and communication materials, and over a decade at Universidad Central, where positions ranged from General Coordinator of the Institutional Wellbeing Department to Acting Director, focusing on program formulation and community engagement. Earlier experience includes coordinating marketing and communications strategies at Intesacol Ltda. and developing disclosure campaigns at Dimenplas Ltda. Carol holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Communication Management, a Specialization in Marketing Management, and a Master's degree in Social Communication.
