Jose Ferreras

Jose Ferreras has a diverse work experience starting from 2017. Jose initially worked as an Inside Sales Executive at TDP Dominicana, where they represented FLUKE Corporation and provided support to industrial customers with warranty, sales, invoicing, and software and equipment training. In 2019, they transitioned to Concentrix as an Operations Supervisor until December 2021. Jose then joined Cloud5 Communications in 2022 as a Bilingual Customer Service Representative. Currently, they are working at Bicom Systems as a Business Success Representative.

Jose Ferreras completed a Diploma of Education in Project Management from Coursera in the year 2023. Jose also obtained additional certifications from Coursera, including "Project Initiation: Starting a Successful Project" in February 2023 and "Foundations of Project Management" in January 2023.
