Charlotte De Rouck, CPA, has a diverse work experience in various financial roles. Charlotte started their career at VIB as an Accountant from 2002 to 2006. Charlotte then worked at Deloitte ACS as an Experienced Senior Consultant, providing accounting and compliance services for international companies from 2006 to 2010.
In addition, Charlotte has also worked as an external consultant at Johnson & Johnson Medical and St. Jude Medical Care from 2006 to 2009, where they provided financial expertise.
Since 2010, Charlotte has been with BICS, initially serving as an International Settlements Manager from January to June 2010. Charlotte then transitioned to the role of Accounting Manager from July 2010 to June 2013, where they managed financial projects. Later, they took on the role of Accounting Manager with additional responsibilities as a Financial Projects Manager from July 2013 to August 2019. Currently, they are the Head of Finance Transformation & Projects at BICS.

Charlotte De Rouck, CPA has a diverse educational background in the field of accounting and taxation. In 1999, they began their education at HOGENT, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy with a focus on Fiscality in 2002.
From 2003 to 2005, Charlotte pursued further education at the Belgian Chamber of Accounting Experts, specializing in Accountancy and Audit.
In 2015, they obtained a certification as a Certified Accountant from the Institute of Accountants and Tax Consultants.
To enhance their expertise in digital transformation leadership, Charlotte attended Vlerick Business School in 2020, where they earned a certification in Digital Transformation Leadership.
In addition to their formal education, Charlotte gained practical knowledge in corporate tax through their experience at Belgium Jobs since 2007.
