Herve Andrieu

Herve Andrieu has a diverse work experience spanning several industries and roles. Herve is currently working as a Customer Success Manager at BICS since March 2022. Prior to this, they worked as a Google Maps Guru at googlemaps.guru from July 2016 onwards. From August 2019 to March 2022, Herve held the position of Director Of Operations at United World Telecom LC, where they provided leadership and direction for the Customer Support, Provisioning, and Trouble Resolution teams. Herve successfully implemented strategies to decrease provisioning time for new orders. Before that, they served as the Senior Manager of Customer Support at the same company from August 2015 to August 2019. Herve also has experience as a Vice President at Telecom North America from May 2002 to February 2015. Herve founded Comparatel and served as its Chief Operating Officer from May 1999 to May 2002. Herve started their career as an Intern at Netzquadrat in July 1999.

Herve Andrieu attended Institut Mines-Télécom Business School from 1998 to 2001, where they pursued a Master's degree in Telecommunications Management with a specialization in Entrepreneurship. During the same period, they also studied at Université d'Évry, where they earned another Master's degree in Corporate Management, Economy, and Finance.
