Katia Gonzalez has a diverse work history spanning multiple industries. Katia began their career as a SAP consultant at Kemira from 1999 to 2000. Katia then worked as a Presales Consultant at RedPrairie from 2001 to 2003 and continued in a similar role at Manhattan Associates from 2003 to 2004. Afterwards, they joined Proximus as a Product Project Process Engineer from 2004 to 2008, during which they also served as a Pricing Manager from 2008 to 2010.
In 2010, Katia joined BICS as a Fraud Manager & Revenue Assurance Product Manager. In this role, they established fraud prevention processes for voice services and developed technical solutions to protect the company from fraud. Katia also led a team of three people to run fraud operations. In 2013, they were promoted to the position of Head of Fraud Prevention at BICS. In this role, they were responsible for defining the strategy, budget, and operations for the Fraud Prevention business line. Katia also engaged with industry bodies to advocate for industry best practices.
Additionally, in 2011, Katia became the Chair of the i3Forum Fraud Workstream. Overall, Katia Gonzalez has demonstrated their expertise in fraud prevention, pricing, project management, and presales consulting throughout their career.
From 1992 to 1997, Katia Gonzalez attended the University of Deusto, where they pursued a degree in Computer Science. Katia successfully completed their studies and obtained an Engineer's degree in the field.
