Maksym Melnyk has a diverse range of work experience. Maksym started their career as an Engineer-geophysicist with the Crimea geophysical expedition from August 2007 to October 2008. Maksym then worked as an Engineer of electronic systems at Zorteks-Service Ltd from February 2009 to July 2012. Following this, Maksym worked at Ludwig-Maximilians Universität München as a Student assistant developer from June 2013 to March 2014, where they worked on the project "Ses3D-NT". Maksym then joined Partizan Security as a Computer Systems Engineer from November 2014 to May 2016.

In June 2016, Maksym became a Quality and Reliability Engineer at SE “Production Association “Karpaty” where they participated in equipment validation and performed Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Process Capability Study (Cpk, Ppk). From May 2018 to September 2019, they worked at TE Connectivity as a Quality and Reliability Engineer. Their responsibilities involved handling customer complaints, conducting root cause failure analysis, and performing product and process audits.

In January 2020, Maksym joined KOSTAL Group as an Advanced Quality Planning Engineer. Their role included determining and implementing client requirements in initial projects, executing PPAP standards as part of the Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) procedure, and developing control plans and PFMEA analysis.

Maksym also has experience in the telecommunications industry, working as a Telecommunications engineer at Uteam ISP from October 2017 to April 2018. Maksym then transitioned to the role of Roaming Engineer at BICS and Infopulse in July 2020 where they are currently employed.

Maksym Melnyk has a solid educational background in the field of geophysics. Maksym began their formal education at Ivano-Frankivsk National Technical University of Oil and Gas, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Geological/Geophysical Engineering from 2002 to 2006. Following this, they pursued a Master's degree in Geophysics at the same institution from 2006 to 2007.

To further enhance their expertise in geophysics, Maksym went on to complete another Master's degree at Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München from 2012 to 2014. This time, they earned a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Geophysics.

In addition to their academic degrees, Maksym Melnyk has also obtained a certification in Digital from Міністерство цифрової трансформації України (Ministry of Digital Transformation of Ukraine) in November 2020. These certifications complement their educational background and provide additional skills in the digital sector.
