Olivier Guillaume

Olivier Guillaume has extensive work experience in multiple companies. Olivier started their career at Alcatel in 1996 as an IN Platform Architect & US Project Leader, where they worked until 2001. Olivier then joined Nadeo as a Software Consultancy from 2001 to 2003. Olivier then worked at Traff-X as a Research & Development Manager from 2003 to 2006, overseeing the development of a billing system and managing R&D and operation teams. Olivier later joined U-Link Telecom as the Technical Director from 2006 to 2008. Currently, Olivier is working at BICS, where they have held various roles. Olivier was the Head of Operational Efficiency from 2008 to 2020, then became the Head of Value Stream Signalling & Messaging from 2020 to 2021. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Value Stream Signaling, Roaming & Messaging.
